Lilach Taylor is a co-founder and the President of MEAR Partners, LLC. In this role she is involved with all management aspects of the company focusing on marketing, contract negotiation and client development and satisfaction.With over fifteen (15) years of experience in Information Technology she is able to provide our customers with real world experience and expertise on every project where we are engaged. She offers our customers a comprehensive portfolio of expertise aimed at advancing the capabilities of our customer's mission critical systems.
Her technical expertise includes working as the lead technical architect on a large web based document management system using business process modeling tools, as well as working with enterprise information portals (EIPs) as a system integrator. Lilach has led teams of software developers as well as built trust relationships with business end users to ensure that the software product being developed is successfully adopted by the enterprise.

Phil Taylor VP of Technical Services
Phil Taylor is a results driven professional with extensive experience and expertise. He have over twelve(12) years of technology experience and over six (6) years experience successfully bringing enterprise portal solutions to production in large, distributed Microsoft and J2EE environments.
Phil posses excellent communication and interpersonal skills and work very well with colleagues and end-users. He have a proven track record as a committed team player and an effective mentor to other professionals.
Phil was recently acknowledged on his technical expertise as a Conference Speaker at the BEA Participate 2008 Worldwide Conference on Customizing Aqualogic User Interaction Portal and Collaboration.

Paul Dyer RedHat Linux Administrator and Oracle DBA
Paul is the most recent addition to the MEAR Partner's team. Paul has deep experience and expertise as an Oracle Database Administrator and Linux Administrator. In fact, Paul is a certified RedHat Administrator. Paul also has his Master's degree in computer science from Boston University.
