As President of MEAR Partners, LLC my primary role is to ensure that my company is living up to it's primary mission statement and that is to excel at client delivery.  There is never any doubt this is exactly what we have been doing ever since I started this business in 2008.  I have sat in the chair and done the work that many of my clients are in when I work and speak with them now.  I have a unique perspective in that I have worked both sides of the client / consultant fence and that gives me a unique perspective that my customers can really appreciate.
