Phil Taylor - Vice President of Technical Services
As Vice President of Technology Services for MEAR Partners I have many roles: client development, talent development and aquisition, and onsite technical consultant.
One of my favorite things to do is get out there and mix it up by meeting new clients. In this way, I'm a bit of an evangalist when it comes to MEAR Partners because I really believe in our people's ability to perform and deliver. At MEAR it is also my job to ensure our members and employees have the tools and technology to provide our customers with best solutions technically possible. I accomplish this by forging partnerships with leading software companies such as Oracle and Hewlett Packard so that our members and employees can stay on top of the latest technical training and trends and pass this knowledge on to our customers.
I am also a firm believer in giving back locally to our community. As a company we support many local initiatives. MEAR Partners is an annual corporate sponsor to a community wide Math Contest which pitches several local elementary schools against one another. I also serve on the Board of Directors of the New Orleans Jewish Day School.
