Download Location for 10gR4
The following is ripped from Oracle's site here which provides the how to access downloads for WebCenter 10gR4. This is the latest WebCenter Interaction download (barring the NEO release)...and yes, it is the WCI part of the WebCenter Suite....If you follow the below steps 1-4 you will be taken to a listing of the 10gR4 software and you can download each component individually from e-delivery.WebCenter Interaction 10gR4 Current customers should download their software via the Oracle Software Delivery Cloud. 1. If necessary, sign in or register. 2. If necessary, accept the license agreement, and fill out an export control form.

Using Beyond Compare with WebCenter Interaction
Here are a couple of scenarios:
You have a folder on one remote machine, say DEV, and you want to make sure that it is in synch with TEST.
You are a developer and you are making changes to files in a folder on a remote machine.
Your client or team members want to review and compare files between environments.
